Returns Policy
We want you to love your order from Botanic Balance.
General Policy
Our standard return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
Botanic Balance Skin Range
We understand that skincare can be personal and may take a little trial and error.
- If your tallow-based skincare product didn’t work for you, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
- Please email hello@botanicbalance.com.au with your order details, and we’ll provide return instructions.
- Return shipping is at your cost. Once received, we’ll issue a refund or exchange for the product purchase price (excluding shipping).
If the product is unopened and unused, you may still return it within 30 days under our standard policy.
General Products (NaturoBest, Power of 4, Nut Grocer, Cell Squared)
For health and safety reasons, all other products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in re-saleable condition, or if found to be faulty or damaged on arrival.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is faulty or incorrect so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Return an Item
Email hello@botanicbalance.com.au with:
- Your order number and the item you’d like to return
- The reason for your return (optional for skincare)
We’ll send you the return address and next steps.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
