Pepi Butter is a gentle, nourishing body butter crafted for babies, children and the whole family. If your little one has dry patches, delicate skin, or areas that become easily irritated, this soft, creamy blend offers simple, natural moisture without fillers or fragrance.

Made with grass-fed WA tallow, chamomile, kawakawa, calendula, jojoba and manuka honey, Pepi Butter melts into the skin to keep it soft, calm and comfortable. It is especially helpful for skin that is eczema-prone, dryness-prone, or reactive to heat, drool, teething, or friction.

Safe from birth and suitable for daily use, Pepi Butter supports dry, red or rough patches by providing consistent, gentle moisture. We use a baby-safe, EcoCert-approved preservative to keep the formula stable for everyday use around little hands, warm bathrooms and humid environments.

How to use

Warm a small amount between your fingers and gently massage onto:

- baby skin folds
- dry or red patches
- areas prone to irritation
- arms, legs and torso
- mum’s hands and dry areas

Use daily or as often as needed.

Sustainable Packaging:

We do our best to reduce waste and minimise our environmental impact. Where possible, your order may be packed using reused or recycled packaging materials, which means you might receive your delivery in a box or parcel with other branding. Rest assured, your products inside are fresh, safe, and carefully packed—thank you for supporting our sustainability efforts!

Processing time:

We aim to carefully package and ship your order within 2 business days. You will be notified as soon as your order has been processed and shipped!

Delivery delays can sometimes occur, these are beyond our control, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Orders with presale items will be shipped together, we aim to keep the ETA up to date on the relevant product pages; however, as above, delivery delays can occur and are out of our control.

Local Delivery:

Local delivery is available within 10km. To find out if your address qualifies and the delivery fee, please proceed to checkout.

  • For deliveries within 3 km: Delivery is free and will generally be completed on the same day if the order is placed before midday.

  • For deliveries greater than 3 km: Deliveries will be made on Mondays & Tuesdays, within 5 business days.

Please note, we generally do not offer weekend deliveries.

Free local pickup:

Free local pickup is available Monday through Friday. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup, usually within 4 business hours. Please select a time slot and respond to the email.

Weekend pickup can be pre-arranged. Please contact us when placing your order to schedule a time.

Australia

Free delivery on orders over $80 (maximum 2kg)

(Unable to be combined with other promotions.)

Western Australia

Perth Metro Couriers Please Delivery:

Perth Metro courier delivery is available for street addresses only within the Perth metropolitan area.

Perth Metro boundaries extend from Alkimos in the north to Mandurah in the south. Eastern suburb boundaries vary.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout, with a maximum courier charge of $15 (22kg maximum).
  • Free delivery is available for orders over $200

Please note:

PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect addresses do not qualify for Couriers Please delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Selection

If an incorrect shipping option is selected, we will contact you to arrange payment of the remaining postage required.

If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.

Australia Post Delivery

Australia Post delivery is available for all Western Australian addresses, including:

  • PO Boxes
  • Parcel Lockers
  • Parcel Collect locations
  • Regional and remote areas
  • Rural Perth

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

If your address does not fall within the Perth Metro courier zone, Australia Post delivery must be selected at checkout.

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.

New Zealand:

Shipping Calculated at Checkout, shipped by Auspost.

Shipping Partners:

Shipping is completed by Couriers Post and Australia Post. Note only Auspost can deliver to Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect or PO Boxes. 

Notifications:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Queries or questions about your order:

Please allow at least 2 business days after placing your order before contacting us. If you are unhappy with your order due to quality or a discrepancy, please email us and we will aim to resolve your issue. 

Returns Policy

We want you to love your order from Botanic Balance.

General Policy
Our standard return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days.

Botanic Balance Skin Range
We understand that skincare can be personal and may take a little trial and error.

  • If your tallow-based skincare product didn’t work for you, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
  • Please email hello@botanicbalance.com.au with your order details, and we’ll provide return instructions.
  • Return shipping is at your cost. Once received, we’ll issue a refund or exchange for the product purchase price (excluding shipping).

If the product is unopened and unused, you may still return it within 30 days under our standard policy.

General Products (NaturoBest, Power of 4, Nut Grocer, Cell Squared)
For health and safety reasons, all other products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in re-saleable condition, or if found to be faulty or damaged on arrival.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is faulty or incorrect so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Return an Item
Email hello@botanicbalance.com.au with:

  • Your order number and the item you’d like to return
  • The reason for your return (optional for skincare)
  • We’ll send you the return address and next steps.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
